Before we get started

A few practical questions.

How does Markerly fit into our client relationship?

Your agency leads the client relationship. We agree on communication, presentation branding and approval responsibilities for each engagement, including any client meetings Markerly will join.

What should our first brief include?

Start with the audience, objective, markets, platforms, timing and budget range. Add expected deliverables, approval requirements and intended content usage. We can work through open questions in the first conversation. Use our agency partner-brief guide to prepare the details.

How are content rights and measurement handled?

We define the channels, usage period and any paid amplification before creator agreements are finalized. Reporting sources, metric definitions and measurement windows are agreed as part of the scope. Content reuse and paid media require the appropriate rights and permissions.

What if we’re a brand rather than an agency?

Brand teams can work with us directly on strategy, creator delivery and approvals. Explore campaign management to see how we work.
